Can i order together with another person/s and how do i make the order with a different measurements and items?
A
Yes, you can make an order for multiple persons and add their measurement to the designated item. you can choose a measurement to the designated item at the checkout.

Can i buy a gift card?

Yes, there is an option in the top bar for a gift card.

Can i buy an item as a gift and how do i do that?
A
It is only possible if the person already has an account with saved measurements otherwise we are not able to make the item without the measurements as most items are made to measure.

Can i return an item if i don't like it, and how do i do returns?
A
No, we do not do returns for items if you have no valid issue of why you want to return an item as our items are made to the measurement provided by the customer. We are no wholesaler or drop shipper and we can't resell the items that are returned. We only can help the customer with remaking the items or fixing it if the item is defective when received or the fabric had a defect when received. We are happy to try and help the customer when they need help with measurements and if there is an issue with the garment when they contact us.

I am having trouble getting my measurements right what can i do?

You can contact us and let us know you are having issues getting the measurements right and have an online appointment or go to a tailor with the instructions of what and how to measure.
