How to return your product
Our return policy
We only take returns for items that are not made-to-measure, so please make sure you take your measurements correctly. When you are unsure about taking your measurements, please contact us so we can assist you.
We don't do returns for made-to-measure items. This is because they are made in your specific measurements and for that reason not resalable. So please be sure of your measurements, style, color and choice of fabric.
Items with ready-made sizing are returnable within a week of receiving the item and after contacting us. With the exception when the item has been worn or damaged after wearing it (with exception of a defect).
If the item has a defect or is damaged at arrival please contact us, so we can help you resolve the issue and replace the item.
