Shipment and handling
We ship worldwide with the exception of some regions and countries.

Dispatch lead times
We start the production process after we have received your payment and when we have checked the measurements you provided. Since we are a made-to-measure and so, made-to-order company our production and shipping takes longer than brands who sell RTW confection size ranges.
We aim for a maximum production time of 21 days for most of our items. Latex garments however have a maximum production time of 6 weeks.
A delay can occur when your measurements are not correctly filled in or some parts need re-measuring. We will contact you via email when there's something we need to clarify before starting the production process. Therefore it is important that you provide a frequently used email address for us to get in touch swiftly, clarify the matter and resume the production process for you to receive your order asap.
Also, check the spam folder from time to time after ordering and provide a phone number, as we will try to contact you via phone when your email response takes too long.
Your provided email and phone number will not or ever be used for spam or any other means, other than contact for shipping or measurement updates.
Although it is our goal to dispatch within the above mentioned lead times, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties.
Please note that we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
We will send you an email once your order has been shipped. In case your order can’t be delivered your package will be sent back to us. This will happen after multiple delivery attempts, or when you haven’t picked up your parcel after a maximum amount of days. Please note that when this occurs you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs again.
If we get a notice from the shipping company that the parcel has not been taken or picked up, we will contact you via email.
Customs and Tax Information
Import duty and taxes may be applicable on your order, so please check with the Customs Department in your country and city for rates before placing an order, as you are responsible for extra costs such as VAT tax and custom charges in the country you want to ship to.
For all orders from countries outside the EU (when the payment comes from outside the EU and the shipping address is outside the EU). We don't charge VAT tax that can or may be asked to be paid in your country before delivery.
WE DO NOT COVER ANY OF THESE CHARGES FOR CLIENTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. VAT TAX AND OR IMPORT DUTIES YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OF THESE CHARGES.
It is your full responsibility to accept the costs in terms of agreement of the country and city you want to ship to when placing an order. Also please take note that you have not paid any tax on the item when you buy outside of the EU in our webshop.
If the VAT tax and / or duties has been paid but not delivered the day or two after, please contact us or the shipping company UPS with the Airway bill number, as it can happen in the UK that the payment has been paid but the payment has not gone through and it will be shipped back to us, resulting in new costs for re-shipping of the parcel.
All orders from EU countries are requested to collect VAT tax for the designated county, for example: Netherland 21% Germany 19% France 20%
Shipping company
Express shipping company: KDZ economy service or KDZ priority service.
KDZ Economy Express only for shipments to: The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
For shipments to all other countries we use KDZ Priority Express.
KDZ has a worldwide Track and Trace service.
